Merry Everything | Exclusive Christmas Card kit from Spellbinders

Hi guys, have you heard the latest crafty news? Something that is going to blow your mind! Spellbinders has come up with a exclusive kit for 2019 holidays – it is packed with goodies!! I got a chance to play with this and I have created 3 cards using this kit (for today).

For this project I used everything from this kit, except just 3 things – liquid glue, gold pen (linked below) and Black Archival ink. I also used 2 of my trusted tools – MISTI for sentiment stamping (#habit!) and Platinum 6 for die cutting.

Let me tell you a little more about this kit itself:
The Merry Everything Christmas Kit is an
ENORMOUS holiday kit that contains OVER 630 PIECES. This gorgeous traditional holiday themed kit can created 25+ Cards, 24+ Tags and so much more. Put your creative juices to work to come up with so many more holiday projects. Plus, check out the project tutorial included in the kit along with all the fun ideas from our Blog. Over $115 Value! I do plan to share more projects using this kit for sure.

Here’s the first card. I went with the classic neutral, earthy colors with a touch of gold for this one. After layering the three trees on my card front, I added a strip of graphic-doodled, black-and-white trees patterned paper on the side. To add just a hint of gold, I doodled on some of these trees with the gold pen. Lastly I used MISTI to stamp the sentiment (also included in the kit’s stamp set) with Black Archival ink.

For my second card, traditional colors felt good. I used a journaling card and some die cut elements. All papers for these die cuts also came from the kit itself. Again I added gold dots + went over the sentiment with the same gold pen. For sentiment, I used stickers from the kit.

For the third project, I kept things really simple. A cute little die cut element with the car and a tree on top became my focal point. For the sentiment, I used a transparent sticker. For the background, I used a patterned paper on which I drew a gold border myself.

Here are some peeks inside the card kit.
