Stamping Smiles Design Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge #18

Hello friends, it is the 16th which means a brand new tic-tac-toe challenge on Stamping Smiles Designs blog. I picked the right most vertical row and made a card for a teacher that has texture and ink blending. I started by adding some light ink blending using mermaid lagoon and cracked pistachio distress inks on my card front. I also used my Darice brick wall embossing folder to add texture on it.
