Hello there my crafty friends! I hope you are having a lovely week. I am Joy Dsouza from HandCraftedByJoy.com, and today I would like to share the second card I made as the Guest Designer for Varada Sharma.
My card features the following stamp sets
- Backyard Buddies
- Lots of Hearts Stamp sets
Steps:
- I started by creating the scene in Photoshop.
- Next, I printed it on Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock and trimmed it to 4 1/4 * 5 1/2 inches
using my trimmer. - I also printed the images on a masking sheet, fussy cut them using my cutter bee scissors and
stuck them on the card panel. - Then I masked the ground using memo tape.
- Next, I placed the Mini Cloud Edges Stencil by My Favorite Things on the card panel and inked
it using Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketch Distress Inks along with my blender brushes. - To add dimension, I smooshed the ink pads on my media mat, sprayed water on it and used a
round brush to splattered the ink on the panel. - After that, I unmasked the images and used my Copic Markers to colour them.
- Lastly, I stuck this card panel on an A2 card base using art glitter glue.
