Hello friends, I have a card for you today that combines several different techniques and several different (old and new products). Hope you like it 🙂

Key Ingredients:

1. Glimmer Daisy Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set from Expressions of Spring
2. Everyday Sentiments II Glimmer Hot Foil Plate
3. Deco Bold Alpha – Large Die of the Month Club Jul18 – Spellbinders (Now on SALE!)
4. Glimmer Hot Foil Roll – Gold
5. Inspire Embossing Folder

Steps:

1. Foil the flowers on a purple cardstock and leaves on green cardstock.
2. Die cut them out with matching dies from the set.
3. Foil the sentiment – only put foil under the ‘Thinking Of’ part to avoid foiling the ‘You’. Die cut it out with a small banner die. I used one from my stash (from older Spellbinders kits!).
4. Die cut the outline letters of ‘you’ using a lighter pink color and the inside marquee letter in a darker shade of pink.
5. Create a white panel the same shape and size of your card base. I used Square white card base from Spellbinders that measure 5 1/4 x 5 1/4″, so I trimmed another white panel to be same size as this card front.
6. Arrange the dies to plan a design you want and die cut the outline ‘you’ word from this panel as per your plan.
7. Use the Inspire embossing folder to add embossed texture details on top.
8. Cut out a piece of fun foam to be slightly smaller than the card front. I trimmed mine to be 5×5″.
9. Adhere the prepared white panel on top of this with flat adhesive. I used flat double sided tape.
10. Assemble the word You and inlay it onto the white panel.
11. Just below the You word, use foam tape and gold thread to add the label – ‘Thinking of’. Secure the gold thread on the back of the foam using tape.
12. Adhere the white panel along with the foam backing to card front.
13. Assemble and add flowers and leaves.
