Hi everyone! Hope you are having a happy Sunday. And, we are here to make it more happier – with Instagram hop and prizes to be won celebrating our latest release ‘Peace & Joy’ for December 2021 🙂
If you don’t follow me on Instagram, please do so here. I would love to welcome you in our little tribe. We do share lots more inspiration (and entertainment) over there, than we do here on the blog alone. It’s a fun place to be and yes, every month we have giveaways too 🙂
I created 2-for-1 mini slimline cards for this hop using our Doodled wreath stamp set.
Key Ingredients:
- Doodled Wreath Stamp set (on VaradaSharma.com | on Etsy.com)
- Mini Slimline Envelope & Nested Card Creator – Large Die of the Month Jul 21
- Gansai Tambi watercolors
- Nuvo Crystal Drops Autumn Red
- Ranger Stickles Gold Glitter Glue
Steps:
- Use PowerPoint to size the main wreath image to about 6″x6″ and print on watercolor paper. I used Canson Cold Pressed watercolor paper.
- Cut out two parts separately using the two largest mini slimline card sized dies from the die set.
- Mix 4 different shades of green and paint the leaves.
- For berries use Nuvo drops or Stickles.
- For sentiment I used some stickers I had from older Spellbinders Card kits. You can use die cut sentiments or even printed or foiled sentiments.
Since there was already enough detail with the berries, I did not add any other bling to it. Love how these turned out. Hope you liked them too 🙂
Instagram Hop
We are hoping along starting from my feed @VaradaSharma. Do drop by to check out the full list of participants. We will pick 3 winners to receive $10 store credit each, from comments across all the stops. So, what are you waiting for?
