I just wanted to share these fun cards from last November. Although these were made for an Instagram hop with Fall/Halloween theme, the technique I used works for any season. And that technique was Ink Blending.

I added a fun twist by adding an element of dry embossing.

• For the first one, I dry embossed the card base and added the ink blended panel on top.
• For the second, I embossed the ink blended panel itself. I found that this is really helpful when the ink blending is not really flawless. (For me this is more often than you’d think!)
