Most of us set intentions and never check back in.
We start Monday with big plans.
Life happens.
Friday arrives and we wonder: “Where did the week go?”
Six & Three is built on a different rhythm—one that closes the loop:
🌅 Set Intention (Beginning)
Start your time block knowing what matters. Whether it’s your day, your week, or your month—name your focus.
⚡ Take Action (Middle)
Live with that intention as your guide. Not rigidly, but mindfully. Let it shape your choices.
🌙 Reflect & Learn (End)
Close the loop. What happened? What did you learn? What do you want to carry forward?
This rhythm repeats at every level:
Daily: Morning intention → Day unfolds → Evening reflection
Weekly: Week planning → 7 days of action → Weekend review
Monthly: Month vision → 4-5 weeks of focus → Month-end reflection
Why this matters:
Without reflection, you’re just doing more.
Without action, you’re just thinking.
Without intention, you’re just reacting.
The magic is in the CONNECTION between all three.
Intention without reflection = shouting into the void.
Action without intention = busy but directionless.
Reflection without action = overthinking without growth.
Honor the rhythm: Beginning, Middle, End.
Even nature knows this: sunrise, day, sunset. Inhale, hold, exhale. Start, continue, complete.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence at each stage.
Which part of the rhythm do you skip most often? (For me, it’s the evening reflection when I’m tired 😅)
