My name is Varada Sharma

Like every woman, I wear several hats during my day. I’m a software industry professional from 9 to 5 on weekdays, an avid crafter and creator on evenings and weekends, a completely-in-love wife and doting mother to two teenage princesses + 2 fur babies 24/7, an AI/ML student (yes, I’m still learning!), and of course, a maker of things both practical and heartfelt.

I live in Tennessee, USA, and this is my corner of the internet where I share things I create, build, and believe in.

The Journey Here

My life is full of random things. Setbacks and struggles. Happiness and successes. For a few years now, life has been throwing some curveballs my way—loss, grief, unexpected turns.

It all started some time after the Covid years. I found myself scattered across a dozen responsibilities, reactive instead of intentional, busy instead of purposeful.

I was trying to balance a million urgent things all at once and—let’s be honest—spectacularly failing at something important all the time.

That’s when I realized I needed structure that flows with life’s chaos, not against it. Not rigid schedules that break when life happens, but rhythm that moves with me. Systems that are supportive, not restrictive.

And so, two worlds emerged from that need.

🎨 The Creative Side: Create with VS

I’ve always loved making things with my hands. After dabbing into jewelry, home decor items, and other crafty pursuits, I finally found my calling with card making and paper crafts.

There’s something magical about creating a handmade card—it’s small, but it carries real emotion. It’s tangible kindness. A way to celebrate moments, express gratitude, mark milestones. Every card is a tiny celebration of life’s beautiful moments.

At Create with VS, you’ll find:

  • Handmade greeting card designs and digital templates
  • Paper crafting tutorials and inspiration
  • Digital stamps and printable artwork
  • Physical products like mugs with cute designs (because sometimes you want it ready-made but still not mass-produced!)
  • Gifts and home decor items

I like to experiment with everyday things and try to make them pretty. Papers, beads, embellishments—whatever catches my creative eye. I share my experiments here just like I would share them with friends over chai at my home.

📋 The Systems & Tools Side: Solve Digitally

While I was creating cards, I was also rebuilding my internal structure. Out of necessity, I developed what I now call the Six & Three system—a way to focus on six essential life areas (Self Development, Relationships, Career, Finances, Quality of Life, and Community & Giving) through the power of three manageable goals at a time.

It’s not about impossible to-do lists or rigid schedules. It’s about intentional living—making choices that align with what actually matters. Planning that feels human and natural. Not robotic or artificial. (Don’t let the ‘digitally’ tell you otherwise. The ‘digital’ piece is only a vehicle, a means to an end. I wrote about it in this post on my substack.)

At Solve Digitally, you’ll find:

  • Our flagship collection: The Six & Three planner-journal system (digital, printable, undated)
    • Two editions: Mindfulness (reflection-focused) and Productivity (action-oriented)
  • Free planning tools and templates
  • Tips for balancing multiple passions without burning out
  • Systems that work with your life, not against it

The Six & Three system was born from my own need. If it helps you too? That means everything.

The Connection

Here’s what I’ve learned: Creativity and structure aren’t opposites—they’re partners.

The same person who makes beautiful cards can also build systems that work. The same brain that loves art also craves organization. You don’t have to split yourself in half or “pick a lane.”

  • When I’m making cards, my planner keeps me on track.
  • When I’m planning my week, creativity makes it feel less like work.
  • My evening routine includes all: chai, writing, and creating.

Both come from the same belief: life should be both beautiful AND intentional.

Beyond the Work

When I’m not designing cards or building planners, you’ll find me:

  • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 Raising two amazing teenage daughters (they keep me humble!)
  • 🐱🐱 Being owned by two cats (the fur babies have seniority in this house)
  • 💼 Working my full-time software job (because bills don’t pay themselves)
  • 🎓 Pursuing my AI/ML certification with Purdue University on weekends (lifelong learning!)
  • 📖 Writing fanfiction on Wattpad (storytelling in another form—yes, really!)
  • ☕ Drinking copious amounts of chai or soy-milk-latte (fuel for all the things)
  • 🍨 Eating ice-cream at the most random times (just because)

Life is full. Beautifully, chaotically, wonderfully full. And at times it is devastatingly overwhelming.

And that’s exactly why I built these tools—not because I have it all figured out, but because I needed systems that work for real life. Full life. Messy life.

A Note About Connection

When you take time to read, comment, or reply back, it makes me feel connected. Kinda like we’re friends, although we’ve not seen each other in person.

That’s what I love most about this space—it’s not just me sharing and you reading. It’s a conversation. A community of people who believe you can be creative AND organized. Artistic AND systematic. Multi-passionate AND intentional.

You don’t have to choose just one thing to be good at.

A Word About Faith

I simply adore my Kanhaji—unconditionally, simply, and with all my heart. From time to time, you’ll hear His stories and teachings woven into this blog. If you’ve met me personally, you know this by now. 😊

My faith grounds me. It’s the foundation under all the creating and planning and doing. He reminds me that beauty, kindness, and purpose aren’t accidents—they’re gifts to be shared. And they are the choices we get to make. Over and over. Despite everything else.
