  • No physical products – these are digital files only

File formats:

  • Most files are in PDF format
  • Some may be JPG or PNG images
  • You’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) to open PDFs

Delivery:

  • Digital files are delivered instantly via email
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within 5-10 minutes

2. WHAT YOU CAN DO (Personal Use License)

✓ You CAN:

  • Download and use these files for your personal creative projects
  • Print as many copies as you need for yourself
  • Create handmade cards, journals, or gifts using our designs
  • Give handmade items you create as gifts to friends and family
  • Share photos of your creations on social media (please tag @varadasharma!)

✓ You CAN (with Angel Policy for Create with VS products):

  • Sell physical handmade items you create using our digital stamps/card designs
  • Example: Print our digital stamp, use it to make a card, sell that physical card
  • This applies ONLY to printed/physical creations, not digital products

3. WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

✗ You CANNOT:

  • Resell, share, or distribute our digital files
  • Give away our digital files for free (even on your blog or website)
  • Use our files to create digital products for sale (e-cards, digital planners to sell, etc.)
  • Use our designs for logos, branding, or website graphics
  • Claim our work as your own
  • Remove watermarks or copyright notices
  • Modify our files and redistribute them

Example of what’s NOT allowed:

  • Downloading our planner pages and selling them as your own digital planner
  • Sharing our files in Facebook groups or email them to friends
  • Using our card designs to create Etsy digital listings

4. COMMERCIAL USE

5. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All content on varadasharma.com is protected by copyright law and owned by Varada Sharma LLC.

This includes:

  • Digital stamps and card designs
  • Planner pages and printables
  • Blog posts and tutorials
  • Photos and graphics
  • Written content

By downloading our free resources, you receive a personal-use license – you do NOT own the copyright.

6. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Because these are free digital downloads:

  • There are no refunds (you didn’t pay anything!)
  • All downloads are final
  • However: If you experience any issues downloading or using our files, please contact us! We’re here to help and want you to have a good experience.

7. QUALITY & COMPATIBILITY

We strive to provide high-quality files, but please note:

  • Colors may vary based on your monitor, printer, and paper
  • We recommend printing on quality cardstock or paper
  • Some files may be designed for specific planner sizes (A4, US Letter, A5, etc.)
  • Print settings should be set to “Actual Size” or “100%” – do not scale to fit

Printing tips:

  • Print at home if you have a quality printer
  • Use a local print shop (Staples, FedEx Office, Costco, etc.)
  • Or online printing services (Vistaprint, Shutterfly, etc.)

8. WEBSITE USE

When using varadasharma.com, you agree to:

  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm our website
  • Not use automated bots or scrapers to download content
  • Not post spam or malicious links in comments
  • Respect other users and maintain a kind, supportive community

We reserve the right to:
