Table top wood sign using Spellbinders APG Dies April 2020

Hi everyone, there are some projects that you just can’t wait to share, right? Today’s project was just one of those projects for me. We are still trying to celebrate my husband’s birthday and making things to cheer him up every day. Unlike other years, where we would have a gala time with our friends for a day and be done, we are trying to make him feel special in different ways. So on his actual birthday, my girls and I baked him cupcakes and we all made pani-poori aka golgappe (a popular street food in India which he loves) …

Using dies for hot foiling + felt flowers – with Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace die of the month March 2020

Hello, hello!! Happy Friday!! You guys know I love Amazing Paper Grace dies by Becca Feeken, right? And also that I love to experiment with things and use them differently. That’s exactly what happened with today’s card: I trimmed a rectangle panel out of Neenah Desert Storm cardstock to be slightly smaller than a 5×7 card. On this panel, I hot foiled using the dies from Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace die of the month March 2020. I used the Champagne colored foil from Spellbinders. Love how it looks on Kraft cardstock. Then I assembled the flowers – die cut using …

Elegant birthday card using Amazing Paper Grace die of the month for Feb 2020 from Spellbinders

Hi guys, hope your Saturday is going great! Finally, my girl is back to feeling better after a week of flu. We are about to get sucked into another period of hustle-bustle with a birthday party for younger princess and gotcha-day party for my fur baby. So in the in-between time, I decided to put together a card using the latest Amazing Paper Grace die of the month for Feb 2020 from Spellbinders. All the papers I used are from DCWV Rose Quartz 12×12 paper pad – these were on sale at Joann recently and I just couldn’t resist them. …

3-D Flower bouquet using Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month – Jan 2020

Hi friends, I have a 3-d project to share with you today. I have said this several times before Becca Feeken from Amazing Paper Grace is a genius of die making. I love her dies and these vignettes just take things to next level. Let me be honest here, I was intimidated at first. For one reason or another, I have always ended up using the vignette dies in a 2d project – mainly cards. But one of my goals for 2020 is to stretch myself, overcome my intimidations and be fearless in crafting. That is why you will see …

But overall I am happy with the results. :) I used gold and black papers from Spellbinders previous card kits to cut out my rose-y die cuts. This would be my …

Spellbinders – Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month – October 2019

She did it again, friends! The uber talented Becca Feeken created this month’s Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month – October 2019 and these dies are just so pretty. I am seriously swooning over these. I used the delicious sparkly, creamy glittery cardstock that came in the Merry Everything card kit and beautiful 6×8 paper from┬áVicki Boutin Color Kaleidoscope paper pad to create this 5×7 card. I have been wanting to create a blue-white-and-green holiday card for quite some time now, instead of the traditional red-white-and-green. This die set gave me the perfect excuse for it. I did …

I hope you liked my idea – a card using this month’s Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace kit for August 2019. I have one more project using the same dies today. Welcome friends, make yourself comfortable. We are making a paper vase / candle votive (but I used it with flowers, so I am calling it a vase). Although this looks complex, it is really far from it. Just three steps Die cut – parts of the box from vellum and APG kit’s die cut from gold mirrored cardstock that is lined with double sided adhesive sheet. Assemble the box using …

Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace Kit

Hi friends, I have a card using Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace kit for June 2019. I combined the gorgeous, intricate dies from this month’s kit with Shapeabilities Cinch and Go V Etched Dies from Vintage Treasure collection also designed by Becca Feeken. I started by die cutting the inner intricate designs using gold mirrored cardstock. On the edges I also used the edge dies. I set those aside and used on the edge dies with a deep purple cardstock to cut out a solid backing for the larger piece. I adhered the two larger pieces together and foam mounted the …
